ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Position:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with great design skills, strong work ethic and
incredible attentiveness to detail.  Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, LNAI is an architectural office
driven and inspired by the translation of rigorous ideas and concepts into built form and architecture.

A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience and a professional architecture degree are required.

Requirements:

+  Residential project experience.
+  Experience with all phases of design, including SD, DD and CD phases.
+  Experience with construction detailing.
+  Experience with consultant coordination and working fluidly in a team.
+  Proficient in AutoCad, Sketch-Up and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat.

+  Strong motivation, work ethic and attentiveness to detail.
+  Diagramming and hand sketching skills are critical.
+  Excellent focus and organizational skills.
+  Clear graphic, written, and verbal communication ability.

Preferred Skills:

+  Prior experience in residential design and construction.
+  Prior experience in Construction Administration.

+  Proficiency with 3D Rendering, especially in Lumion or Maxwell.
+  Proficiency with 3D modeling in Rhino.
+  Proficiency with parametric modeling in Grasshopper.
+  A friendly attitude and good sense of humor is always a plus.
